Celebrity photography starting in 1955 photographing Richard Nixon when he was vice-president under Eisenhower at the Oakland Auditorium, then at San Jose State, Jayne Mansfield at Disneyland in L.A., Gov. Pat Brown with his family, son Jerry, daughter Kathleen, Ronald Reagan as California Governor.
I started photographing Mason Williams at his home at Oakridge, followed by shooting his Of Time and Rivers Flowing shows in the Northwest down to Sacramento, and his Bluegrass Show and pop music shows. The OTRF shows included Ken Kesey also Ken’s Big Double the Bear Meets Tricker the Squirrel, the very first shows in Berkeley and San Francisco, his son Zane’s wedding with entertainment provided by Mason Williams and Art Maddox and numerous concerts of composer/pianist Art Maddox. Other musicians include Hollis Taylor, violinist, Thom Bergeron, sax, clarinet and flute, Dennis Caffey, drummer, June Carter Cash and Johnny Cash at the Oregon State Fair, country-western performers at the 2003 Oregon Jamboree including Hank Floyd, Izak and West, Joe Nichols, Alan Jackson, T-Bubba Bechtol, Travis Ledoyt, The Derailers, Ronnie Milsap, Trick Pony, Gary Allan, Lonesome Road, Carolyn Dawn Johnson, Phil Vassar, Mark Chestnutt, Joe Diffie and Tracy Lawrence |
